Newell Pioneer Village is primarily funded through donations, as well as tour and event proceeds. Every gift of any amount allows us to maintain and grow our programs and community impact to protect, preserve and share the history and heritage of Robert Newell, the early pioneers to the Oregon Territory, and the indigenous peoples of the region.
Financial donations are greatly appreciated. We offer opportunities for one-time, monthly/sustaining, or annual financial gifts. Donations will go to our general operating fund, unless you specify your donation to the education/school program or one of our current capital projects. After you select your gift amount and before you check-out, there is an option to designate your gift if you choose. [We use a non-profit payment platform (Zeffy) that allows us to keep all funds donated, paying no transaction or service fees. Note that Zeffy will ask for a donation to their platform to keep the service free for all non-profits and you have the opportunity to provide funds to their company, but you are not obligated to do so and can opt to enter zero in this field.]
If your company has a matching gift program, please consider submitting this donation for the match.
Other ways to assist Newell Pioneer Village… Consider becoming a volunteer, providing in-kind goods or services, booking your next event with us, or by visiting Newell Pioneer Village for a tour or an upcoming community event. For more details on any of these areas, send us an email.
